"Mission Statement"
To speak up for people with a learning disability.
Help enable and empower people to have a say in the things that affect them.
Help and encourage people with learning disabilities to participate more fully on an individual level, in services and their communities, for involvement.
The aims of the project are:-
To help people talk about their health needs
To help people understand health problems
To highlight gaps in services
To help people learn more about health rights
